DELIVERY METHOD AND COST



Orders that are delivered in Greece are free of delivery charge if their total amount is over 30 euros. For orders equal or less than 30 euros the shipping cost is 5 euros. The courier company we collaborate with is Geniki Tahidromiki, which possesses the broadest distribution network in Greece and has become well-known for its absolute reliability. In the rare occasion that your area is not covered by the Geniki Tahidromiki's network, Hallofbrands.gr will send your order by any alternative means with no additional charge besides the aforementioned.

Orders in Cyprus sent via Geniki Tahidromiki. In the rest of world we send orders via DHL. For more information click here: Deliveries Abroad

WHEN IS MY ORDER GOING TO BE DELIVERED?



Every order is sent by our company the next 1 or 4 working days after the day you place your order, depending the warehouse that the chosen products are available . When your order is shipped you receive an email and sms or viber message with the final confirmation and the tracking number of Geniki Tahidromiki for orders in Greece and Cyprus, or DHL for the rest countries. Orders in Attica, or other major cities, are delivered within 1-2 working days by Geniki Tahidromiki. As for the rest of Greece, orders are delivered within 1-3 working days. It might take up to 4 days for distant locations.

* Delivery time for Custom Products is between 5 to 15 working days via Geniki Tahidromiki.

Delivery to your address takes place between 09:00 - 19:00. If you wish to set a specific delivery time, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by Geniki Tahidromiki.

It should be noted that there are no deliveries made during weekends and public holidays. In case you wish to receive your order during a weekend, you will be asked to pay an additional fee determined by the courier company.

You can easily view at any time the “Status” of your order by entering the link “MY ACCOUNT”. If your order has been delivered to Geniki Tahidromiki, you may be informed of the exact location of your package by using the shipping number, which is displayed in the page “MY ACCOUNT”.
